Combine intensive ESL studies with an internship or work term
Vancouver Internships has designed three 'Work and Study' programs in collaboration with our partner schools here in Vancouver.
Students enrolled in Work and Study will have the chance to improve their English for anywhere between 4 weeks and 6 months, and then follow their studies with an internship or work placement.
Work and Study courses include intensive Business English followed by business internship, or general English followed with a retail or hospitality work placement. These programs bring together the best of both worlds - teaching you first about English language and structure in the classroom, and then allowing you to experience English-speaking work and culture in a real-life environment.
All work experience and internship programs are integrated into your course of studies, and successful completion of your work term or internship, is a requirement of your graduation.

Unpaid Professional Internship
Ideal for students fresh out of college, on a short stay in Canada who have an intermediate level of English. After you study English at our partner schools, you can intern in the field of your choice - available fields include law, finance, architecture, marketing, engineering, and more. Intern for between 4 weeks and 6 months. Programs start at $2,120 Canadian Dollars.

Stipend paid internships for university graduates and young professionals. Build on what you've learned and while earning money to offset your internship expenses. Intern in hospitality management, engineering, information technology, and office administration. Programs start at $7,758 Canadian Dollars.

Casual Work Experience (Co-Op)
Perfect for students from any background. After you study English at our partner schools, you will be placed in the hospitality industry to complete a 12 week - 24 week work term. Placements include work at restaurants, shops and hotels. Programs start at $4,220 Canadian Dollars.
